"Just as Dom2 is a strong MP game and, imo, a not so strong SP game...if they did give MoM2 MP capabilities, I would hope it would be the reverse, with it being a great SP game and just an ok MP...

Well that is it really. In a MP game I have found the Motheroak and the witch you can hire has flavour text mentioning her healing abilities.

If anyone knows I can save experimenting with 300...
