there is a no time limit mod to change the start date and also extend the end date till 2000 something (note--you can alter the start date--example start in 1934, but due to the patch the end date will always remain the same--2199 I believe.) it says for 105b but it works with 1.06 patch. another note--this mod requires you to alter a line in the scenario EUG file which is read only--make sure to change the file(so that its not read-only) before adjusting your start date. This can be done by right clicking the file file icon--and then hitting properties--and simply uncheck the read only attribute. make sure to save as well))). the patch can be found here;
