Noticed already !!
I looked at the map and rules again, and found it somewhat unbalanced for the Borg. Altough it got a good part of the space, it is not allowed to make any treaties. so it will lack the Borg of any trade. Because of the superiority of the Borg in the Star Trek Universe, I'm going to compensate the Borg with an Huge size Planet (It's not much but better than nothing)
I was also considering to give a Huge Planet to the Dominion, but want peoples opinion on this one (Renegade 13, I know your opinion already
)
