Here are the cheat codes, well, most of them, that were present in the beta. I don't know how many of them are still available in the public release, and I may have missed a few that were added later in the beta process.
If any of your team are captured or killed, the Secretary will deny all knowledge of your mission...

Cheat Codes
The following are cheat codes you can use in the game by hitting the tilde(~), entering the code, then hiting the tilde(~) again. It doesn't matter if the cheat code is entered in uppercase or not.

WARPMAP [Map Name] : Instantly moves you to the new map [systemname]
(at the same place on the map).
WARP [Map Number] : Instantly moves you to the new map [number]
(at the same place on the map).
CREDITS : Gives you 1,000,000 credits.
LEVEL : Gives you enough experience to gain the next level.
STOP : All enemy ships will not move or fire.
NOMOVE : All enemy ships will not move (but they will fire).
COLLISIONGRID : Displays the AIs collision and pathfinding grid.
PLAYERISTARGET : All enemy ships will only fire on the Player's ship.
INV : Player ship is invulnerable.
REP : Player ship is completely repaired.
HIDESHIP : Hides the player's ship.
HIDERETICLE : Hides the target reticle.
DEBUG : Toggles writing to the debug log.
VIEWCHANGE : Allows you to change the currently viewed ship.
Press Ctrl-V to change the current view ship.
(rotates through available ships in the system)
Press Ctrl-B to return you to the player's ship.
This feature may cause errors.
SHOWFIRINGPOINTS : Displays a light ball on all of the ship's firing points.
SYSMAPALL : Displays all ships on the System Map.
SHOWTARGETID : Displays the current space object id of the object targeted.
LISTFIRINGPOINTS : Displays a text list of all of the firing points
of the currently targeted ship.
TRIGGEREVENT [Event Name] : Causes the named event to be triggered regardless
of its trigger conditions.
