No its probably right, I just didn't bother to check out if he was exclusive to the home province or not, and to be on the safe side I made the more inclusive claim. But the home site requierment obviously only strengthen the point I was making.

As for comments on the AI it is better that JK or KO handles that than me. Kristoffer should be back in a couple of hours.
