What about a Pangea mod ?
We could equip the (utter crap) Satyrs wirh slings, shortbows or javelins... Thus they will at least *have* an use !!
Grove Guards could be sacred also ... but maybe it's a little too much (even with a steep price increase) ?
Unfortunately some of your other suggestions can't be modded yet (no theme modding in 2.06).
