a main advantage of the demiliches is ihmo that they are death 4 so they can cast drain life without items/empowerment.
the vampire counts have death 3 blood 3 instead so they can't cast drain life without items but because they summon vampires you can mass quite big numbers of them and they are flying !

I pump all of them to 6 death magic.... got well of misery so I can afford it(I cast it at double its gem cost.... that mean it unlikley to ever be dispeled?) I like the summon 20 weights spells, its cheap, anything less then other pretenders or very powerfull priests cant turn them, you get ALOT of them and they are damn powerfull heh.
