Pangeas proposal during turn3, which was accepted during the same turn: "I wonder if you are interested in a 5-turn non-aggression pact after the ceasefire with pangea? If so I'll stay on my side of the water, so province 83 is yours."
Pangea interpreted it thus: all parts of the agreement end after 5 turns, and the border drawn up is only to clarify which indeps goes to whom.
Utgard interpreted it as: pangea promise never to attack province 83, even if we are at war later on with utgard attacking from province 83.
Pangea finds utgard's interpretation ridicolous, but notices that the message might have been slightly unclear.
