4 is enough for me, but the more the merrier.
The only real prefence I have is that it's not 5000 racial points (3000 is OK), and a quadrant which isn't just a web of warp points. (I just checked out the mod, and the
ancient bi-polar or
sparse edge quandrant types would be nice.) But I guess I can live with any quadrant type, really.
