Yeah, taking points in construction and taking Hardy Industrialists is the only situation that I would take HI.

If we do the tech thing, maybe we could have everyone be randomly assigned a tech. (I'm sure one of the PBW admins would do this for us.) This, of course, only works if we have a small enough # of people.
