 You are talking about mapmaking, and those commands are in the mapmaking manual in the Dom3/docs folder, the file called mapedit.pdf. Modding stuff is in modding.pdf. |

Unfortunately I have not done the same for Mod commands.
 
The map commands can be used to define an AI. But adding it and setting its level in a game is done when the game is started. Either from the menu, or the command line. A list of command line commands can be found here.

 but I havent used that one in a long time
