RPG2 available in 1946?

Unfortunately I don't have any book at hand, but it seems rather strange that soviet troops can buy RPG2 equipped infantry in 1946.

My recollection was that these didn't show up until the very end of the 40's, though I could be wrong. I'll be happy to try and hunt down a source, other than wikipedia, if it helps.

I seem to recal this has been an issue before and it was changed to 1949 but I see that it hasn't so I will dig around old notes and see what I can find.....
