victory conditions

Well the long campaign is no longer unplayable (see previous thread) but can somebody tell me what qualifies for a marginal victory and a decisive victory.

I was thinking that it was probably a points differential but after kicking the Poles and racking up massive kills for light casualtied and a points score of 4404 to 699 it seems that I may be mistaken; or is it simplely that I need 10-1 as oppossed to 6.something to 1?
