Default Blast radius color indicates?

When blast radius is switched ON during artillery strikes, white circles are shown along with occasional yellow circles within the white ones. What do these two colors actually indicate beyond something landed here. I am guessing white is suppressed area and yellow is damage but would like experts opinion.

White blast circle = ?
Yellow blast circle = ?

See the Game Guide -> Artillery Bombardment -> scroll down to "Show Blast Radius" section. Read the explanatory text.

White blast circle = Sentence ending in "represented by a white circle". (With picture of white circles following)

Yellow blast circle = Sentence ending "will be circled in yellow as shown here" (with picture showing yellow circled unit following).

Is that section insufficiently clear?.

Cheers
Andy
