makeing a new shipset

I want to start a new ship set. what program would be best to use?

do a search for Doga in the forum. It's a really easy program to use. A lot of people have been doing shipsets with it lately. Plus its free.

I use it...simple to use as compared to others. Doga L3 has a renderer which you can set the .bmp size..so that makes it easy to do the pics to size for SEIV
