Planetary Populations
Hey guys, I have run into a situation that I was hoping you could help me out with.
Recently, I captured a planet which has a homeworld atmosphere for my race but which was hostile to the race currently inhabiting it. It is a small world, and currently allows only one facility because of the dome. I do not have terraformers yet. My question is...
1. If I bring some colonists from my race to the planet, will they remove the dome?
2. If not, can I remove all of the other race and replace them with a small number of my race?
3. If I do remove all of the other race, what happens if I dump them on a world that already has my race on it...does it become domed, also?
