Default RCE in simultaneous game.

I have an RCE in a simultaneous game that freezes the entire game and therefore I can't continue.
I turned all empires to my control, deactivated the ministers and was able to continue one more turn, but then the RCE occured at the same 89% of the turn processing (after all empires had completed their turn).
Any idea how I could save/continue my game??
I would post the savegame but you would need not only my modified data file but a dozen of non standard races too, which would result in a huge file.

The only suggestion I can think of is to just post the modified data file. One of the more experienced modders might be able to spot something in it that could be causing the problem.

If it's happening that late in the turn my guess it's combat or stellar manipulation related. What Version is it? 1.67? 1.49?

One thing that has happened a couple times in PBW games that caused RCE's had to do with a ship trying to close a warp point. See if any of the empires have one of those. That might be the problem.

It is Version 1.67.
I thought about a problem with the stellar manipulation too, because this is a high starting tech level game and there has been quite a lot of stellar manipulation so far by the AI. I have read that in the new patch there is a fix for a RCE with the lucky trait and the explosion of a star. Might this be the cause?
Yes I could post the modified data files but to be sure you would need all of them, including the modified AI files and that together would be quite a large file and you would need very much time to control them! Basically it is the QMod data files I posted in the Mod section but with a lot of other races.
Do you see any possibility to force the game to continue in spite of the RCE?? It is quite an interesting game and I would be very frustrated to loose it.
Wouldn't it be possible for MM to make the game in such a case use the highest (or lowest) allowed number instead of crashing??

Geoschmo you saved my game!

I checked the different races for warp closing ships and found several ships in the same system. I deleted them all and the RCE disappeared.

Ironically I mailed the RCE bug with multiple warp closing ships to MM several months ago and I believed they fixed this bug!

Just a guess but I'd say then that two of the AI ships were trying to close the same warp point. First one closes it and second gets an RCE for trying to close a non-exsistant warp point. I thought they fixed that too though. You should send this one to Malfador as well.
