PBW: No shipset link in player list ?

After being approved when you upload your empire file there will be a drop down box where you can select your shipset.

I missed the creation of that blue link the Last time I joined a game. (In fact I didn't even see where the shipset is chosen when uploading my emp file...There should be a combo box somewhere with the list of available sets on PBW ?).

So I had to withdraw and re-join to try again. Where (and when) will I choose the shipset ?
