Strange RPG aviability date??

The starting dates in soviet oob is strange
RPG-16D Udar This weapon was first issued to troops in 1970.
was used in the Afghanistan war.
In SPMBT its a late Eighties and early nineties weapon???
RPG 18 muhka Was avialable in 1973 no sign of it at correct
date in the game either.
Why?

No signs of RPG-27 or RPG-29 too

And the effective range of rpg-16D is 16 hexes. No way, targeting a moving tank-size target 800 meters away and getting 20% chance of a hit. It´s a REAL nuisance when fighting russians. 12hex range would be tolerable, but 16. Come on.

The RPG-29 entered service with the Soviet army in 1989. I'm not sure how they are distributed though.

Might be interesting to correct the availability dates of these items in Russian OB.
Besides, thanks to Don and Andy to release the tandem HEAT feature, it's been a long time request of mine.

You can forget asking for new weapons to be added to the Russian OOB. What you see is what you get. Every weapon slot is full and every weapon is being used in the OOB's.

So you can forget the RPG-7VL
and the RPG-7VR
and the OG-7V
and the RPG-26
and the RPG-27 but if you take a close look at the OOB's you'll find that except for the RPG-18 starting in 1980 the rest pretty much match the dates you provided
