Spaceyard Ship Bug?
This one seems to be replicable, and is pretty odd. I've got a shipyard ship in a fleet making mines on a warp point, and then I tried to move it. Of course, I couldn't, until I cancelled the "Repeat Build" production order. I then moved the fleet into enemy territory, deploying a couple of mines on the other side of the warp point before moving the fleet on top of the next warp point the enemy wasn't going to be able to use anymore. They got there on the same turn I cancelled the production, and then I put the production order back in place before cycling the turn. When the turn finished, the fleet was back in its original place, as if I hadn't moved them at all, but the mines they deployed are still in the other system, so I've got *some* proof they moved...
Later: it seems to have something to do with the resupply minister, which is the only one I use. This doesn't happen when I turn it off, or when don't create a fleet, but leave the units by themselves, and move them separately. It's trying to pull the fleet back for resupply, even though they carry LOTS of Solar Collector IIIs and are barely off of full tanks anyway. None of the ships, nor the fleet I form, is under ministerial control.
