Perm Sub needed for EA Lanka in Perp (Filled)

EA Lanka is one of the strongest nations in Perp and he needs a permanent sub. This is a big, powerful nation, a great way to jump (back?) into the mega-game if you are interested.

Even if he is not, I can provide you with a list of wrongs a mile long he has visited upon me, and a list of concessions you will be required to make to buy peace with the lizards!

Other than that, all you need to know is it has been total war between EA Lanka and the Lizards!

Oh, and the former lanka was a member of the LA Atlantis Alliance. You may want to send Tibbs(la man) a pm for a run down of how THAT worked out.

And MA oceania(another so-called ally) has ended up with water provinces you once owned. He may or may not be able to explain the taking of those high income provinces from you to YOUR satisfaction.

I am interested too but if Shovah32 wants the position then let him have it, he got stuck in his citadel as LA Agartha. So never got the chance to have a decent game.
