Questions...Questions...
Is there a list of all magic sites and their effects?...I'd like to see more of those unique ones and learn about them.
Also: anyone have any advice on a good pretender for LA ermor...I usually go Master lich wit 2 EAFW and 2 Nature + 9 death + 6 astral...all scales - 3 (luck is +3) and dom 10.....but I often run into situations in MP games where I have problems with SC's or enemy Pretender SC's....Should I go for a Ghost king or POD instead? i have experimented with these in the past, but always I've accumulated a bunch of afflictions that crippled my pretender...
Another question...if i go Nature 4 - does the Regenerate blessing affect my undead sacred troops, or is it null for undead?
And - does N4 give my pretender (even if he is undead?) Regeneration...as I recall that cuts down the chance for affliction to 1/8th of its normal risk, yes?

Re: Questions...Questions...
Indeed there is such a list. Follow this link and get the attached file in the first post. http://www.shrapnelcommunity.com/thr...&Number=586140
Yes, a nature blessing do allow your sacred undead to pull themselves back together again, so to speak.
Nope, your Pretender can never bless itself. Picks in nature magic only strengthens an already present regeneration (or one granted by items or spells), but it doesn't grant it. There's a cheap lowlevel nature spell called Personal Regeneration though so this drawback is pretty moot.

Re: Questions...Questions...
Regeneration (from bless, spells, items, etc) only works on living beings I believe? So most undead, like longdead and soulless cannot regenerate. However, there are some undead like Vampires who are Undead but not Lifeless and thus can regenerate. I'm not sure whether the PoD has the Lifeless tag.

Re: Questions...Questions...
1. Yes.
2. SCs are best dealt with by using spells, or a combo of spells and high attack units with armor negating or armor piercing damage. A few suggestions are Soul Slay + Penetration items, Petrify, Incinerate....the list goes on. Spells with MR checks need penetration items, but there are plenty of killer spells that don't check MR or have their own weird checks (Magic Duel compares base Astral v. base Astral, so if you are an Astral nation you can kill Golem SCs pretty well.)
In general, fighting SC with SCs is wasteful. SCs are for cleaning up piles of regular units and occasionally taking provinces alone.
3. Maybe. Undead with the Lifeless tag do not regenerate. Undead without the Lifeless tag include banes, vampires, and a few others. I believe that MA Ermor has some ethereal undead sacred that are not Lifeless.
4. No.

PS. Lifeless units can be healed if they use Lifedrain weapons.

Re: Questions...Questions...
so a regeneration blessing would regenerate my undead sacreds...but not help much on creating an SC affliction immunity/resistance.
