There is a game guide shiped with the game or you can download a PDF one on this site. Some stuff you could just try like tank overruns.

In answer to your questions
Tank overrun - tank gets no extra bonus it is was open to being assulted by infantry once adjacent. Not generally a good idea someone could get lucky even if only have a grenade.
Fixing equipment - No repair once its broke its broke, turn time is 3 minutes approx how long would it take you to say change a tire with bullets flying around let alone fix a track.
Equipment breaking - no not really just mobility weapons crew destroyed seperatly.
Still at least they have realistic speeds to start with.

And the one Imp didn't already answer:

Melee - Infantry can "Cause casualties in melee" (as the in-game message reads) when attacking infantry in the same hex.
It's not a separate option, just something that can occur when attacking a unit in the same hex.

Waw - does your first question relate to tanks overrunning infantry? i.e. squashing them under the tracks? If so - definitely not.

Someone understand that question Yes that i was meaning.

But you can melee against inf vs inf if i understanding right? But that happens when computer allows.Ok.

Thanks for answering so quick!

I have new question !!!

Does vehicle go broken if you always drive fast as can (Use all your movements pst) and ground is very bad for vehicle.

Yes this will happen and will happen more so if you drive across rough terrain, broken terrain or through buildings. I think everyone has sufficiently answered your questions but I will add that Morale will affect the way that infantry act in close quarters with either tanks or other infantry. I have had poor quality troops with an AT weapon flee in tank terror and had high quality troops attempt and assault with hand grenades.

Yes, tanks can 'overrun' infantry. Just move your tank into the same hex as enemy infantry and then attack using main gun and MGs, and you will cause more casualties than if the tank was standing off 50m.

But as John said, a tank with only tracks as a weapon is not a threat to infantry. Or the game would have to say any vehicle could be used as weapon.

Of course it can be more dangerous for the tank to move among infantry, because infantry in the same hex as a tank have a better chance of destroying the tank, but this is how it was IRL.

Tank Panic
This game also has a cool 'tank panic' feature:

Poor morale and/or poor training level infantry, especially those which have no viable or ineffective AT weapons may retreat in 'tank panic' either when attempting to close assault a passing AFV, or when such arrives in the next or same hex. Bigger, heavier armoured AFV tend to cause more consternation that tin-plated open top recce vehicles. Japanese are not greatly subject to tank panic.

Melee Combat

When infantry fight in the same hex, melee combat may occur, and some troops such as commandos and paratroops are better at this form of close combat. Sometimes in close quarters combat, troops especially if low morale or experience may be panicked and hence produce less accurate fire than would normally be the case.
