Default TDM-Modpack 3.11 as a Zip?

I am sure the EXE's are very efficient but neither runs for me on Win XP Home. They just fail imediately. Switching to Win 98/Me compatibility mode gets the install to start running but then it fails in the Narn directory (first race directory it is trying to install) saying it is unable to install one of the AI files. I downloaded the exe files a number of times in case it was corrupted.

Is there anywhere I can get ordinary zip files for TDM 3.11 update.

I have had the same problem with xp.

I have brought it to K-M's attention.

We will have to wait and see if he offers a zipped Version.

Go with the manual mode and install it into C:\Temp. That should do the trick.

Thanks. Loading into c:\temp worked. Previously I was loading into a tmp directory with a longer directory path.

Hmmm, sounds like I should give c:\temp a try too. I have XP and have been unable to get the installer to work correctly...
