Massive Engine destroying weapon
I received MED in a game as a trade offer, but I can't receive it, my scientists don't understand it.
What do I need to hace first?

Important clarification: technology that is only found in ruins cannot be traded; i.e. the Unique techs.

I was not aware of that either. Intersting. I wonder if you gift them a ship with the MED onboard could they analyze it?
