PDC\'s and multiplexing
I know that PDC's have built in multiplexing.
But is there a limit?
Like can the ship/wp/sat etc only attack 10 targets? Or 20? Or is it unlimited?

PDCs use zero multiplex units when they fire automatically.
If you fire them manually at a target, they use up one target.

While I have built PDC 'Aegis' ships with 12 or more PDCs in them, I've never bothered to track how many targets they could hit. As far as I know, there is no formal limit. Each PDC will be targetted independently with no regard for how many other PDC maybe firing on that ship. If anyone has done any testing they will have to speak up.

Forgot to mention it is a simultaneous game.
I know WP's have a limit for DF weapons. Just wondering if PDC's were similarly limited.

I don't recall ever putting so many PDC on a ship that it couldn't fire at everything. Like everyone else said, I don't think it can be buggy because of how PDC is designed.

I don't think there is any limit. The WP problem is supposedly fixed in Gold patch 3.

I wonder.
I looked very carefully at the fixed items in the history.
Could it be that is is fixed and wasn't mentioned as being fixed?

4. Fixed - Planets in combat would not fire all of their weapons (sometimes).
