				 PBW Game Marathon
 PBW Game Marathon
I was wondering if any one would be interested in joining me for an all day PBW game marathon using Fyrons Adamant Mod?

The idea would be to make as many game turns as we could in one day. Of course this would mean that a player would have to set aside an entire day to play the game. A challenging concept, yet one that would bring you hours of pleasure.

 What do you say?

I thought you would be. What would be the best Version for the game? Obviously your latest one.

Sounds like fun. Maybe even do it via TCP/IP. Using a small map and not too many players, you might even be able to declare a winner after a (very long) day.

				 Re: PBW Game Marathon
Ah yes, reminds me of Father's Day when my wife let me KOTH all day and me and my opponent cranked out some 70 turns in one day.
IMHO this is the only way this game should be played agin human opponents, 'cept maybe a hotseat game. These PBW games that go on for months and months are driving me nuts. (I'd just quit but I hear that can give a guy a bad rep ...) Probably I've been conditioned from that TV-box thingy. I'd say count me in, but carving out a full day would be next to impossible.

 You kids have fun!!

Yea, we should have renamed that day "Grognard Day" and then bought flowers for our wives.Quote:

ACK! No way! With more than 2 players, TCP/IP takes a lot longer to process and play turns than PBW does.Quote:

				 Re: PBW Game Marathon
i have been playing TCP/IP for a long time. it is great for trading ideas. the turns take about 40 seconds to process.
Mathias Ice i am happy to play a day of koth.

Edit: we wont be using the TCP/IP for much longer thow. geting a router so we can all play pbw in the same room.
