And about being woken up prematurely... yeah, I hate that, but I read somewhere that you only ever remember dreams if you are woken up in the middle of one. If allowed to wake naturally, you won't remember any dreams from that sleep.

hmm...i've woken up naturally in the middle of dreams, but other thant that, i think that's right.

Whats worse, are those f'd up dreams where you go through a full day (or more) or work, then wake up feeling like you need to go to bed or take a vacation, only to have to go to work in an hour.

Having to get up early is a nightmare! I'm up at 5:45 at the latest (variable start times ) Sat-Wed. So I actually have tried your idea about the alarm dogscoff, and guess what its great . Right up untill you start doing it when you are actually working

THAT is the nightmare!
