Here you go. There are 40 or 50 maps.

When you use them in a game send me an email with the directory name and the number of the map and the game. Except for my games of course. You can send the info afterwards.

Players please comment here on the maps

yep there is a problem with it creating a ton of med none planets...

will look into it.

well i think i have it balanced for starting games.

Rock and Ice worlds have the following max facilities ( 20 / 12 ) These are large worlds.

Gas has ( 26 / 14 ) These are huge worlds.

This evens out at 68 facilites for each starting type per system

5 worlds for rock ice 4 worlds for gas.

Or just 20 facilites for all rock and ice worlds and 25 for gas

same thing...

And then the smaller planets would be in ratio of this.

Very even.

Thoughts ??

I will be posting a few maps for people to look at tomorrow night.

With the new style balance based on facilities per atmosphere / planet type being equal per system.

Please check them out and get back to me.

Just a thought.

I assume that when you talk about the facilities being balanced you are talking about for a Default Empire setup.

Does it make a different if both Empires select 'Advanced Storage Techniques' and one is Gas, one Rock?
