Open spot - Basilisk Station

We just had a player drop out of Basilisk Station. This game is moving along at a pretty good pace, though by the time this spot has been taken the computer will have played a few turns. I'm sure any conflicts can be... postponed, while said person gets their feet back under them.

From what I know of the Zultonian Empire (the open spot), the empire is doing fairly well for itself and has carved out a fairly large corner of the galaxy.

Definitely looking for a new leader to take it even further.
