Special Site: Conjuration (or Blood or Whatever): 40

The lowest anything can cost is 1 Gem. So you can't go to a Conjuration: 40, 20 whatever, site and cast Vine Ogres and Vinemen for Free.

I don't know if it applies to spells in combat, but I think the same rule would apply. Though you might be able to test it with upper end spells that require more gems/slaves to cast.

I think Bowl of Blood is luck enough to find any of them
