				 Q: The Wrath of God
I am wondering how good this spell is. I used to love getting the message every turn "TWoG wounded X heretics and killed Y", yum. But the Last game made me wonder: Does the WoG affect Indies as well? If so, then the spell is only a fraction as powerful as I thought.
Any way I can find out: Does it affect *only* enemies or enemies + Independents?

By the time you get the spell there should be no more independents ... |

Yes, it affects independants. I frequently use it to wipe out irritating independant provinces that I've skipped over. You know, the ones with 100 units, 50% of which are Knights and the other 50% are crossbows, with a Wizard leading them. A few turns of Wrath of God cuts those odds down nicely. |

You must always play on small maps and/or with weak indies. On Orania, with indies at 5+ I assure you there are plenty of them left after turn 80 and long after most AIs have had the capability to cast spells of such power.Quote:
