Way OT: Any SPSS experts out there?

Hi,

Anyone out there an expert with SPSS 10 or 13?

I am desperately trying to figure out how to do heteroskedastic robust estimators and tobit models in SPSS 10. In fact, since I found no way to do it in 10 I ordered SPSS 13 in the hopes that the newest version would have the capability...does anyone know?
