Can you make/add new vehicles such as Russian T95

Does anyone know how to add new vehicles to countries inventory? I would like to add the Russian Fedration's T95 tank as it is their newest and most modern tank. I have info on it. It should give the M1A2 a run for it's money. There are 3 versions (different main guns). They cost around 2 mil US, M1 costs around 4.6 mil US. T80UM Black Eagle costs 1.8 mil US. If some1 needs info I will send. I also have 1 picture (without extra fuel tanks) and 2 drawings. Also 1 detailed turret drawing (top view).

It's quite easy, just use mobhack. Its very user friendly. Adding new unit to country oob is a question of minutes.

Or, if you just want it for single mission, that would be playable for anyone, without forcing him to use custom oobs, just modify your tank in mission editor (note, that you will not be able to change icon and photo, or create new weapon types - but all other parameters are changeable.)
