I often use a site called tothegame.com which is a pretty comprehensive list of all PC and console games, to track the development and other progress of various games that I am interested in.

Unfortunately it has nothing on Dominions - 2 or 3!

I have emailed them, to point out that they are missing something and included the relevant link sites that they like to have.

However maybe something official wouldn't hurt.

For the record, Pelit magazine made previews of Dominions I and II and published a strategy compilation of Dom I, so they will propably review Dom 3. From what I remember they are very professional and are the largest gaming mag in finland...

Addres information and such is there.

I think it was my email to them, but whatever ToTheGame now have a page on Dom 3, and they even have today as the release date so they really have been paying attention.

Cyberstratege, our French mag, will publish a whooooping 5 (or maybe 6!) page review of Dom3 in the next issue, to be released on Oct 23.
Needless to say the review is rather good (how could it be otherwise ?), even if we would have liked some more new features in the combat orders/spell scripting..

Sorry Annette, I just got the summary, I was wrong, it' not 6 pages ... It's SEVEN !!

I won't give away the score yet as the mag isn't even printed, but sure post it as soon as it'll hit the shops !

Hungarian gaming mags just don't give a **** about good strategy games sadly. They only care about high end FPS games mainly, and rarely they do some strategy game reviews/previews also, but only if the graphics is decent, and if it is an RTS.

Sure, and it's the same in the rest of the world ...
All of the world ? No, in fact a small village still resists against the FPS invader, etc ... Got the point/found the reference ?

Cyberstratege is now maybe the only "real" mag (I mean not fanzine, not electronic etc..)that is entirely devoted to comp strategy games. Sadly there's no Hungarian, Finnish or Swedish version... but maybe there'll be an English one soon(er or later) !

Be careful with your world domination plans, or you will end up with another Watling Street on your hands... or Alesia, if you insist on sticking to that particular reference.

Yes, I would also expect them to review Dom 3... they are supposed to love niche, preferrably turn-based strategy games, right?
