Mod question

How do heroes get fixed names? Is there some mod command for it? Do I need to make a custom name list for each hero or something?

I think they automatically get fixed names because they are a hereo. Just do

#name bob hero of construction

Bump. Does any one know? How did you fix a name to your hero in Dom 2?

In Dom2... it was very hard. I think defining an empty nametype and putting only one name in there worked.

It's one of the lesser-but-would-be-nice wishes I have for Dom3 modding. I'm not sure if it is in the wishlist yet.

I did it with map commands. I think it was #comname or something like that. Check the map help file and try the map command. If there is such a command I see no reason why it wouldnt be the same for both.
