Fortress Abilities
 hmmm i'm wonder fortress create more resources from province. without administration..
does it create more resource alone ?
than i wonder about which is best fortress..

Rolling over the option of the fortress will tell you administration, etc. Without the manual (and I'm not aware of anyone doing a spreadsheet), you'll have to write the information down and keep track of it that way.
