How do you manage your pretender\'s files ?
I'm a beginner here, and make a lot of tests and therefore create a lot of pretenders.
Then, I open my "Newlords" folder and see that pretenders are distinguished only by numbers
How to remember which one is the wanted one ? Each time I got to start a new game... And when the pretender is dormant or imprisonned it's just better to create a new one.
I obviously thought about including info in the name but I don't want to give clues to my opponents when playing MP. And anyway the pretender's name doesn't appear in the "newlords" folder. After a few days, I just don't remember how my pretenders were created and I can't say for an incoming game "Hey, yes I got a pretty pretender ready ! I send it to you right now !"
So my question : how do you manage your pretender's bank ? (if you do)

Re: How do you manage your pretender\'s files ?
I would recommend keeping a text file in your newlords directory listing the gods & any details/passwords that you deem useful. Just index them with the era, nation & sequential number of the file as you create gods. This isn't very helpful for existing gods, but might make life easier for you in the future.

I have a duplicate directory of Dom3. One I use to test things, and another for the ones I will use in MP games

Lets see... beta test games with the devs, games on my 2 servers, and lan games on my 5 machine network here.
Not as many as you play of course.
