Perfection ! (How I achieved the impossible!)
First, I thank the Camo team for their extraordinary effort and dedication of valuable time to WinSPWW2 and WinSPMBT.
And now to my secret of how I personally achieved perfection with this game when such a goal is elusive.
I'm no genius, but after much thought, I quickly realized what was necessary to achieve 'Perfection'.
First...
I had to model:
1. a finite number of units
2. a finite number of 'forces' (country, regional, etc)
3. a finite but rather large number of factors affecting each unit and force.
4. a finite but huge number of objects within the real world
.... and so on.
After considering an amazing number of steps necessary to achieve my goal, I determined this would drive a sane person crazy.
In reality, I decided the Camo team has done a superb job.
Accept what they can and are willing to do. It is absolutely impossible to model the real world in a game.
Well considered suggestions have value. Arguing minute insignificant details has no value and adds nothing.
For WinSPWW2 and WinSPMBT, the Camo team is God.
