when Star Wars is science-fiction, "2001, space odisse" or "Foundation" are more Science-projection.

This is more a continuation of the actual science than a general delirium

The traditional way of describing the 'plausible' science fiction that sticks to things we know are likely to be possible is to call it 'hard' scifi. Other scifi is not necessarily called 'soft' though as this sounds pejorative.

If I may wade in to the debate this late, to me the term "Science Fiction" covers all of those, rather than "Science Projection" (an interesting term I've not heard before). In my opinion a story which is not a retelling of an actual event is classified as fiction, regardless of occurring in the past, present, or future and also regardless of whether based on rules from "our universe" or any other.
