Thanks for the info guys! Haste is the only useful buff I can cast right now on my Steel Warriors since I went straight for Enchantment 4 in a mp game. |

No S3 caster, right? Antimagic is nice.

I once had a Tartarian with Stymphalian Wings and Heroic Quickness. It's not necessarily a -great- combination, in terms of optimization, but it's funny from a warped POV to see a Tartarian fly, land near a crowd, and start stomping on 'em.

 | Never thought of that. Seems like a great idea. Do you run into fatigue problems when you use hasted trample? |

 | I also find it occasionally useful for fortress-storming; it can help your troops rush through the narrow gates first and avoid a bottleneck. |

 | Tramplers get lots of fatigue anyway. So you may as well just try to trample everything real quick before fatigue becomes a issue. |

				 Re: Haste
I think it may actually help tramplers, as the spell reduces movement points per terrain. They would spend half the MP's to cover the same amount of ground. |

 | But does each trample attack cause fatigue?
If trample attacks don't cause fatigue then it's definitely better.

				 Re: Haste
I'm sure they do, but no more than before the Haste??? So half mp cost = half fatigue, plus full trample fatigue is still less fatigue than full mp=full fatigue, plus full trample fatigue???? If that makes sense? |
