We do not have any significantly water nations. No atlantis, oceania, ryllah, ermor. One might consider agartha, I suppose.
Due to the composition, in both of the maps I reduced the chance of water terrain to 8%. This resulted in roughly 26 water terrain on the new map, (from memory).
So water territory will be a reward for the nations that invest in the energy to explore that route. Additionally, if someone had sent in one water nation, I would have been able to accomodate them, fairly.

So, the map is uploaded. I am setting up the server now.
I promised people until 9:00pm. If someone gets it in before then I will have to restart.
