Pbem Battle Anyone???
TO ALL TAKERS,
I have taken an interest in PBEM games but can't seem to find any takers. I started a PBEM game with 1 competitor but he's MIA. Started another game with someone else and HE became MIA. THIS IS GETTING RIDICULOUS! IS THERE ANYONE WILLING TO COMMIT TO A PBEM GAME AND CONSISTENTLY PROCESS AT LEAST 1-2 TURNS A DAY? If you're gonna be inconsistent or MIA don't bother. I'm a DESERT STORM VETERAN ready to PLAY! ONLY REAL DIE HARD PBEM gamers need apply. HISTORICAL WAR,BATTLES AND SCENARIOS OR MEETING ENGAGEMENTS.... SEE THE ATTACHMENT FOR MY PREFERENCES.
SNIPER23,
I TRIED 2 EMAIL U BUT I GOT A MESSAGE SAYING THIS USER DOES NOT EXIST. IS YOUR INTERNET STILL DOWN?

Re: Pbem Battle Anyone???
Whats the point of playing historical if you have breakdowns turned off so rough streams & like don't matter in a city you can just charge vehicles through buildings.
Did vehicles not just breakdown in dessert storm from running flat out for to long in inhospitable terrain?
Also you have troop quality set to 100% so everyone is a hero no national charecteristics in this game then. Could be why people are not playing as if you turn spotting up may as well play some RTS game

Re: Pbem Battle Anyone???
MR OPINIONATED IMP,
Hey guy everybody has their own preferences. Reason I like breakdowns turned off because as it says in the manual "the breakdowns button is REALLY for making vehicles STUCK" which is quite annoying in a battle. You coming at me REAL antagonistic by the tone of your email. THE GAME PREFERENCES CAN ALWAYS BE NEGOTIATED!!! Lets hammer out some details and get a game going; THEN we can see if your play style is ARROGANT as your opinions.... Contact me at erome5578@yahoo.com and title the email PBEM and your name.

Re: Pbem Battle Anyone???
Sniper23,
Looking forward to our battle. We can enlarge the map to 130x160. We can turn the breakdowns button on. Edit the map to have NO rivers or streams. Even moving into a ford -1 river hex with full movement points my unit was amphibious and still got stuck! That's why if we have that stupid breakdowns on we need to do a map with no river or streams. Also did we agree to limits on artillery? Let me know of any other rules we need to agree upon. All my slots 001 and higher are open.

Re: Pbem Battle Anyone???
Sniper23,
C'mon let's get rdy 2 rumble! What are your country choices? Did you message me at my email address so I can send you the setup? NO OFF MAP ARTY! In fact let's limit it to 16 arty pieces/mortars or combination of the 2. No air purchase except spotter plane or scout helo. Let's leave the air allocation left up to the game. Reply to me at erome5578@yahoo and let me it's you by titling the email with your screen name and MBT. My preferences are attached.
