		There are 2 mods, one is SingleAge.dm, another is SingleAgeComplete, afaik the other one is proper, fixed version of the first one, with new nations added. Creating game on llamaserver automatically adds one of them just by selecting multi-age game. Machaka DOES have two casters that can shapeshift ... but I fudged with them so that I had enough nations to let people choose from, plus their shapeshifting sorcererss is sort of worthless   
I'm allowing early Arco because the only real supernatural unit they have is the Oreiad. The Icarid is a human with a mechanical winged suit, which I am counting as a supernatural mount of sorts.
