Added the recent requests to the first post. I'm thinking this game probably shouldn't be started until after Christmas, since that tends to be a busy time for a lot of westerners.

If someone asks for Kailasa he can haz it, I'm not even sure that I'll be able to play the game and if I eventually do I have no problem choosing other nations

I'm assuming we won't be starting until at least the 2nd of January when Tifone gets back. Just chiming in to disregard my previous post; it was indeed the alcohol, Orania is a great map

On another topic - I would prefer to use non-toroidal map. Among those I've seen, I think Dawn of Dominions is the best. Especially as it's targeted as EA.

Though the coming of chainmail is undeniably a great advantage to the armies of the Tribes, it is opposed to the ancient tradition of half-naked warfare.

Thus, upon their last meeting, the druids of the Carnutes decreed that any man who wishes to wear armor will have to abstain from wearing trousers.

Oh, and I think we're a bit too many for Dawn of Dominions now.
