If we have the alliance clause could we limit alliances to two nations?

You mean maximum 2 nations sharing the victory? I agree.

Wouldn´t want to limit alliances diring the game though, just the winning condition.

Seems to be a slight problem in that there are 14 slots on the llamaserver game but only 13 people signed up. We can either get another player or add an AI I guess.

The game can be started anyway, leftover slots just aren´t used.
