It includes a number of important fixes, most importantly for the infinite fire bug.
Balance Mod users note that the v115+ series is completely compatible with the new SE5 patch. You may want to change the Amount1 value for the Self-Destruct Device component in the mod to 50% etc. It now specifies the % chance the device will explode when your ship is captured.
