U.S. Army on Guadalcanal scenario
A savage little battle which was part of the U.S. Army's operations to secure the mountainous southern flank on Guadalcanal in January of 1943. My first adaptation of a real topographical map to SP format. Feedback encouraged.
As noted by DRG below, please use the temp folder to re-number the scenario before installing. Additionally, this scenario was designed to play from the U.S. side.

Re: U.S. Army on Guadalcanal scenario
You might want to consider NOT building a scenario that is in a slot that overwrites an existing one. There are 999 slots available just so things like this do not have to occur. Other than that it looks interesting but watch out for excess V hex flags left in the upper left corner ( excess ones can be placed in the same hex as an existing one and given zero cost otherwise the AI is going to think there are US V hexes there ) and placing V hex flags in the same hex as a bunker isn't always obvious to players that it's there

Re: U.S. Army on Guadalcanal scenario
Sorry about the slotting, it's set up for my game and I forgot to change before archiving. I usually re-number any downloaded scenarios using the temp folder before installing them but I can see where it could be an issue if someone was unprepared. I'll be more careful in the future. Thanks for the instruction on the excess victory hexes, always wondered what the hell to do with those things.

Re: U.S. Army on Guadalcanal scenario
The V hex info explains a whole host of problems with my oh so carefully researched scenarios. I'm eager to apply it to some of the other scenarios i have designed! Then I'll share them. Should've have figured that out myself. Too much pot in my youth.

I'll be interested in seeing them. It's always nice to have more scenarios available for people to play.
