Can't you disable water nations in map file? Dunno if game won't decide to try one in SP with random nations.

Thank you for catching that map issue, Zeldor! All capitals are intended to be at least 3 provinces apart. I will extend the mountain barrier and fix the neighbor connection.
Regarding you other question, when I do a test game, I don't do random land nations. I just set 18 players and manually select the land nations in a random fashion. Obviously, for the actual LAND RAND game, I will chose the nations that have actually been assigned to players.

Just waiting on QM's Pretender. It is very odd that he has not submitted his pretender yet. Micah was not receiving my emails, and so, perhaps, QM is not getting them either. (Micah is receiving them now.) I have sent QM a private message via the Forum.
