Suggestions for Llamaserver RAND games
I have suggested that llamabeast give game creators the option of hiding certain information from the players to make it harder to tell who people are in RAND games. If you have suggestions on what should be hidden, please post them here.
My suggestions -
1) The admin log. The admin log is one of the easiest ways to tell who people are. If you know someone is going on vacation, for example, and a nation has its email address changed, that strongly points toward that particular player being the owner of said nation.
2) Staling data. Again, if you know someone isn't around you can cross check with the staling data, and possibly figure out who is playing the nation. I would instead show the players a page that says how many people have staled, and tells you if anyone has staled multiple times in a row, and if so, how many times they've done so. That would be enough that the players can tell the admin (who should probably not be playing) when a person is staling a lot and facillitate sub-hunting, without giving the players information that might give them ideas. The admin would have to have access to the current version of the page still.

Those might be simple.
If not then you could always host on a less automated server.

Why would you want that info hidden? So you could break treaties with people, and not have to worry about your reputation?

Re: Suggestions for Llamaserver RAND games
Even the "Waiting for 2h file"/"2h file received" status needs to be hidden.
If there is only one nation at "Waiting for 2h file", and the admin posts that an extension has been granted, and the player has posted that he'll need an extension in some other game thread, it is easy to guess what that player's nation is.

Thoughtcrime was not a thing that could be concealed forever.

Re: Suggestions for Llamaserver RAND games
Yeah, ghoul, RAND stands for Random Anonymous No Diplomacy. You are supposed to play without knowing who anyone is so there's no way to contact them to do diplomacy.
